Job Title: Back Office Executive (Tender Executive)Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive (Tender Executive) to manage end-to-end tender processes, support sales operations, and coordinate technical documentation. The candidate will be responsible for handling tender submissions, quotations, order processing, and follow-ups to ensure smooth business operations.Key Responsibilities1. Sales SupportMonitor and identify relevant tenders from various portals.Prepare and submit tender documents accurately and within deadlines.Follow up on payments and maintain proper records.Prepare quotations as per client requirements.Generate and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Proforma Invoices (PI).Handle EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and PBG (Performance Bank Guarantee) follow-ups.Manage and respond to emails related to inquiries, marketing, and client communication.2.
