About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the first point of contact for devotees and customers through phone calls and WhatsApp communication.

2. Understand customer requirements and guide them to the right puja and seva.

3. Handle customer queries, customer support, booking follow-ups, and prasad dispatch follow-ups.

4. Build strong customer relationships through empathetic, transparent, and timely communication.

5. Resolve customer concerns and provide an excellent customer experience.

6. Conduct timely customer follow-ups and help convert one-time bookings into repeat customers.

7. Understand customer behaviour and identify patterns in customer queries, drop-offs, and repeat engagement.

8. Share customer insights with the team to improve customer experience, retention, and operational processes.

9.
