We are seeking a skilled CNC VMC Setter with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Kharadi, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating vertical machining centers (VMCs) to produce high-quality parts.Key Responsibilities:- Machine Setup: Prepare and set up CNC VMC machines by installing necessary tooling and fixtures according to specifications.- Programming: Read and interpret technical blueprints and CNC programs to ensure correct machining operations.- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of produced parts to maintain quality standards and make adjustments as needed.- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.- Collaboration: Work closely with team members in the production department to support workflow and meet deadlines.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess a diploma in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
