We are looking for high-potential finance professionals who aspire to build a long-term career in Wealth Management and grow into future leadership roles.

This is not a conventional Relationship Manager role . It is a high-investment Future Leaders Program designed to identify exceptional early-career professionals and develop them into future Wealth Management leaders.

What Youll Do

Undergo a structured 6-month intensive training program covering wealth management, investment products and advisory frameworks

Learn directly from senior partners, industry specialists and academic experts

Work on practical client scenarios and receive structured on-the-job exposure

Work closely with senior wealth managers to understand bespoke solutions for HNI/UHNI clients

Build and manage long-term client relationships

Develop tailored wealth solutions across investments, estate planning and allied advisory areas

Build your client book with active support, including warm introductions and initial client meetings

Progress into a full-time Wealth Manager role upon successful completion of the training program

What Were Looking For

3-7 years of professional experience

Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Financial Services, Investment Advisory, Asset Management, PMS, AIF or related areas

Strong understanding of wealth management fundamentals, investment products and client servicing

Exposure to HNI/UHNI or affluent clients will be highly relevant

Strong analytical ability combined with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

High learning agility, ambition and a genuine interest in building a career in wealth management

Strong academic pedigree / graduates from reputed institutions and leading colleges preferred

Candidates should be based in, or willing to relocate to, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad or Kolkata

Candidates available to join by end December 2026 / early January 2027
