Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Intern to join us for a 4-month, remote, unpaid internship. This role is ideal for a current university student looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations within a fast-moving tech startup. You will not be doing traditional, manual HR work—we expect you to heavily leverage AI tools to streamline recruitment, draft documentation, and assess candidates efficiently.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Draft, format, and publish job postings across various platforms (Wellfound, LinkedIn, etc.).

Candidate Assessment: Screen incoming applications, review candidate assessments, and help shortlist top talent for technical and non-technical roles.

HR Documentation: Create, organize, and maintain internal HR documents, onboarding materials, and standard operating procedures.

AI Integration: Actively use AI tools (like ChatGPT or Gemini) to write job descriptions, generate interview questions, summarize candidate profiles, and automate repetitive administrative workflows.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled as a university student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools to increase daily productivity and output.

Ability to thrive in a remote, self-directed startup environment
