Sales Staff

Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery. Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Handle billing and maintain sales records. Ensure proper display and cleanliness of jewellery at the counter. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. Handle customer queries and resolve issues politely. Support stock management (receiving, arranging, and counting items).
