About the Role:

The role involves providing high-quality customer support, addressing queries effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include reaching out our users, resolving customer issues via phone, email, chats, etc. maintaining professional and courteous communication, and enhancing overall customer experiences through proactive engagement. The role also involves documenting and updating customer interactions in the company records.
