💰 Stipend & Benefits:

Full-Time: ₹3,000 to ₹5,000/month + PPO

Part-Time: Performance based + Certificate + PPO

Role & Responsibilities

🔍 Source and screen candidates for various roles across departments

📞 Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

📅 Schedule and manage interviews with shortlisted candidates

✍️ Draft job descriptions and manage job postings on multiple platforms

🤝 Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth candidate transitions

🌟 Help build an engaging, positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives

Who Can Apply?

✅ Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

✅ Excellent communication and people management skills

✅ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

✅ Tech-savvy with knowledge of recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc. (preferred)
