Eligibility Criteria:  Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)  Prior experience in field, real estate, B2C field marketing is an advantage.  Must own a smartphone for reporting and communication  Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and valid driving license for local travel. Key Skills & Requirements:  Fluency in local language Kannada (mandatory) and basic English/Hindi (preferred)  Strong interpersonal and convincing skills  Street-smart approach with the ability to handle objections and close deals  Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve daily goals  Good knowledge of local geography and routes  Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field environment Work Conditions:  Extensive travel within assigned territory  Field-based role.  Performance-driven incentives based on target achievement Success Metrics:  Number of owner onboardings per day/week  Conversion rate from approached leads
