Selected candidates are required to execute a two-year service agreement with the company. This represents the minimum commitment period. After completion of the two years, employees are welcome to continue their association with the company for as long as they wish. 2. Selected candidates are also required to submit a signed cheque in favour of the company without mentioning any amount. This cheque is retained only as a part of the service agreement process and is returned to the employee upon successful completion of the two-year service period.
