Schedule appointments for the field sales team (if applicable).Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.Build and maintain good customer relationships.Provide feedback to the team to improve the calling process.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass; graduation is a plus.Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional languages).Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Preferred Experience:0–2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or BPO.(Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.)Work Location: In person
