Monitor machine performance and coordinate repairs when required. Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Lead production supervisors, engineers, operators, and shop-floor workers. Allocate manpower as per production requirements. Conduct employee training and skill development programs. Monitor discipline, attendance, productivity, and performance. Ensure compliance with Safety Standards, and Company Policies. Conduct safety inspections and toolbox talks. Ensure proper use of PPE by all employees. Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation. Monitor manufacturing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Reduce material wastage and improve yield. Implement Lean Manufacturing and productivity improvement initiatives. Responsible for preparation of MIS reports and production performance reports for management. Ensure finished products are dispatched as per project schedules. Handle project execution and installation teams. Monitor delivery timelines and customer commitments.
