Relationship Manager-LAP

Manage Loan Against Property (LAP) sales by acquiring new customers through direct sourcing, referrals, and market visits.

Identify and acquire self-employed and salaried customers requiring funding against residential or commercial properties.

Generate leads, conduct customer meetings, understand financial requirements, and recommend suitable LAP solutions.

Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation and documentation to login, sanction, and disbursement.

Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth processing of cases.

Build relationships with DSAs, connectors, property agents, and other channel partners to generate quality LAP leads. .
