Order to Cash Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Order to Cash Specialist to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash application processes, billing, and collections, with a focus on optimizing the order to cash cycle. This role is critical in ensuring that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end order to cash process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
• Oversee cash application processes, ensuring that payments are applied correctly and promptly.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies related to deductions and billing issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Prepare and present reports on cash flow and collections performance to management.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cash application, billing, and collections processes.
• Proficiency in O2C methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with depreciation and deductions management.
