About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Web Developer Intern to join our development team in a hybrid work environment. This unpaid internship offers hands-on experience building and maintaining full-stack web applications using modern technologies while working closely with experienced developers.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using React.js on the frontend

Build and integrate backend services using Node.js

Work with MongoDB for data storage and management

Assist in designing RESTful APIs

Debug, test, and optimize application performance

Collaborate with the team during planning, stand-ups, and code reviews

Document technical implementations and workflows

Preferred Technical Skills

Basic to intermediate knowledge of React.js

Familiarity with Node.js and Express.js

Understanding of MongoDB and NoSQL databases

Experience with JavaScript (ES6+)

Familiarity with Git/GitHub and agile development practices is a plus

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field

Strong interest in full-stack web development

Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a team environment

Good communication and problem-solving skills
