Laboratory Technician Jobs in Luxembourg

Collect, label, receive and prepare samples for laboratory testing. Perform routine tests using approved procedures and equipment. Operate, calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments. Record test results accurately and prepare laboratory reports. Identify abnormal results and report them to the responsible specialist. Maintain quality-control records and participate in proficiency testing. Prepare reagents, solutions and specimens as required. Follow infection-control, biosafety and waste-disposal procedures. Clean and sterilise laboratory equipment and work areas. Monitor laboratory supplies and report inventory requirements. Maintain patient or sample confidentiality. Follow standard operating procedures and applicable regulations. Coordinate with doctors, scientists, nurses and other laboratory personnel.
