Key Responsibilities:

A. Customer Visits & Field Operations

1. Visit customers at their homes, workplaces, and other designated locations.

2. Understand customer requirements related to gold loans and settlement services.

3. Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospective and existing customers.

B. Lead Generation & Business Development

1. Generate new leads through field visits, references, local networking, and market activities.

2. Identify potential customers who require gold-loan settlement or related services.

3. Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities.

C. Gold Loan Coordination

1. Assist customers with the overall gold-loan settlement process.

2. Coordinate with customers regarding loan details, outstanding amounts, required documents, and settlement procedures.

3. Coordinate with the office team and relevant financial institutions, whenever required.

D. Customer Relationship Management

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

2. Provide professional and transparent information about GOLD MARK SETTLEMENT's services.

3. Ensure customers receive proper assistance throughout the process.

E. Documentation & Verification

1. Collect and verify necessary customer information and documents as instructed by the company.

2. Ensure all field-level documentation is complete and submitted to the office on time.

3. Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and business activities.

F. Market & Area Development

1. Explore assigned areas to identify new business opportunities.

2. Develop relationships with local businesses, agents, communities, and potential referral sources.

3. Monitor competitor activities and share relevant market information with management.

G. Follow-Ups & Reporting

1. Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and customers.

2. Maintain daily records of field visits, meetings, leads, conversions, and pending cases.

3. Submit regular field activity reports to the reporting manager.

H. Professional Representation

1. Represent GOLD MARK SETTLEMENT professionally during customer meetings and field visits.

2. Maintain a professional appearance, communication style, and positive attitude.

3. Follow all company policies, procedures, and customer-service standards.
