HR Recruiter

Responsibilities:• The ideal candidate must have experience as an end-to-end for both IT and Non-IT.• Should have good technical knowledge.• Responsible for end-to-end hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing• Candidates for assigned requisitions.• Must have good experience in hiring Candidates.• Should have experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc) and other• open-source platforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates.• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.• Maintaining an internal database of candidates as per their skill sets.• Excellent sourcing skills.Qualifications:• Proven experience as an HR recruiter.• Proficiency in English.• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.• Experience with sourcing techniques.• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
