HR Recruiter - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job positions

2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

3. Manage recruitment databases and track candidate progress

4. Conduct phone screenings and initial assessments of candidates

5. Assist in creating job postings and marketing materials for recruitment campaigns

6. Utilize MS-Excel and Google Drive to organize and analyze recruitment data

7. Provide administrative support to the HR team in various recruitment tasks

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 4,000 - 10,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 250000/yearFull-time 10 AM -7 PM internship from the office.
