Telecalling Executive

* Generate Business Loan leads through telephone calls and other approved communication channels. * Identify and understand customers' financial requirements and explain suitable Business Loan and other applicable loan products based on their requirements. * Where a customer requires a loan other than Business Loan, such as Personal Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), Overdraft Facility or another applicable product, coordinate and follow up for the relevant requirement. * Coordinate with customers, sales teams, banking/NBFC partners and internal processing teams for documentation and application processing. * Follow up regularly until sanction and successful disbursement of eligible loan cases. * Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, applications, customer interactions and follow-ups. * Achieve the monthly sales and loan disbursement targets assigned by management, including Business Loan targets and other applicable product targets, as communicated from time to time.
