Visual Design Intern - SquadStack.ai

SquadStack.ai is India's largest-scale Voice AI platform for consumer sales. Our Voice AI agents drive revenue by giving every lead the best pitch, on their preferred channel, at their preferred time, in their language. We help 60+ leading brands like AngelOne, IndiaMART, Bankbazaar, Swiggy, Eureka Forbes, PhonePe, TATA Digital, TVS Motors, Amazon drive higher revenue with 2-3x lower CAC and a 10x better customer experience.

Driven by 200+ builders and backed by Blume Ventures, Chiratae Ventures, and Bertelsmann India Investments, we believe how we build matters as much as what we build. Our culture is not performative. It shows up in real ownership, high trust, and the space to do deep, thoughtful work.

We design work with people at the center. Careers here are not one-size-fits-all. Growth can be linear or non-linear. Leadership can be quiet or bold. Women at SquadStack build, lead, challenge, and influence without being pushed into a single mould.

We value outcomes over optics, trust over micromanagement, and progress that compounds over time.

If you're excited by AI, driven by purpose, and want your work to truly matter, there is space for you here.

This isn't your typical design internship. You’ll be part of the team from day one, contributing ideas, making decisions, and creating work that matters. A killer portfolio and CV will get you noticed, but your drive, focus, and ability to turn ideas into real work is what will set you apart.

What you'll get to do:

✨ Design intuitive user experiences for AI-powered products

✨ Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups

✨ Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers

✨ Conduct user research and iterate based on feedback

✨ Learn how world-class AI products are built from the ground up
