Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D and SketchUp, Prolance or equivalent software for 3D. Working knowledge of Excel for BOQs and quotations. Good Hindi and English communication skills. Attention to detail and willingness to visit sites in and around Patna and Bihar. Relevant diploma/degree preferred; practical experience will also be considered. Preferred: Own laptop suitable for design software and own bike/two-wheeler with a valid driving licence. Salary: Based on experience and skills.
