Field Trainer - Power Distribution

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Trainer specializing in Power Distribution to join our team in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utility operations and discom operations, with a focus on training and developing field personnel. As a Field Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our field engineers and technicians, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle the challenges of power distribution and electrical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for field staff, focusing on power distribution, utility operations, and electrical engineering principles.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops to improve the technical skills of field engineers and service personnel.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and create tailored training solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to field staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in power distribution and utility operations to ensure training content is relevant and effective.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a master trainer or field trainer in the power distribution or utility sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.

• Ability to develop training materials and resources that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Familiarity with GIS engineering and field support operations is a plus.
