Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday Fixed

Experience: Freshers/Experienced

Facility: One-way cab (drop)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calls from US-based customers regarding healthcare insurance, claims, and coverage.

2. Assist with eligibility, benefits, deductibles, payments, and policy-related queries.

3. Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain accurate call documentation.

4. Follow HIPAA, quality, productivity, and process guidelines.

5. Escalate complex issues when required.
