Interior Designer – Sales Consultant - Fresher

The Signature Design Studio is a premium interior design practice based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. For over 13 years we have completed 1,200+ residential and commercial projects and earned multiple national awards. We design spaces around how people actually live and work, taking every project from first conversation through to handover.

The Role:

We are looking for design-oriented professionals who enjoy client conversations as much as design itself. You will be the primary face of the studio for new enquiries listening carefully, presenting possibilities, and converting interest into signed projects. You will collaborate closely with our principal architect and design team while learning how a high-end studio wins and delivers work.

What You Will Do:

-Meet walk-in, referral and digital leads (at the studio, on site or via video) and capture their requirements, style preferences and budget.

-Present the studio's portfolio, design philosophy, materials and finishes with clarity and confidence.

-Create initial concept layouts, mood boards and space plans to support client discussions.

-Partner with the design and estimation teams to prepare quotations and proposals, then walk clients through them.

-Follow up diligently and negotiate to close projects within agreed timelines.

-Conduct site visits for measurements and scope assessment.

-Maintain accurate lead and client records in our CRM/ERP system.

-Stay involved through the early design stages to ensure a smooth handover to the execution team.

-Keep current with interior trends, materials and pricing so you can advise clients effectively.

Who Should Apply?

-Graduates or diploma holders in Interior Design or Architecture (final-year students available full-time are welcome).

-Freshers with excellent communication skills, or candidates with up to 2 years in interior design sales/client servicing.

-Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp (3ds Max / V-Ray is an advantage).

-Confident, polished presence and comfort engaging with premium clients.

-Fluent English; Kannada and/or Hindi preferred.

-Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for site visits.

-A portfolio of design work (please attach when applying).
