The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in frontend, backend, and API automation, along with exposure to distributed systems and cloud-native environments. Golang experience is preferred, though Java candidates willing to learn Golang are welcome.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks for frontend and backend systemsPerform frontend automation using Playwright and SeleniumDevelop and execute API automation tests to validate backend servicesCollaborate with developers to understand system architecture and service interactionsEnsure test coverage across microservices and distributed systemsDebug and analyze failures across multiple services and environmentsIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelinesWork closely with DevOps teams to validate deployments in containerized environmentsMandatory Skill SetProgramming Language: Golang (preferred) or Java (must be willing to learn Golang)Frontend Automation: PlaywrightUI Automation: SeleniumBackend Automation: Strong understanding of backend testing conceptsAPI Testing: Hands-on experience with Rest Assured or similar toolsStrong understanding of API concepts and terminologyExperience working with distributed systems and microservicesContainerization: DockerOrchestration: KubernetesExperience with CI/CD pipelinesStrong debugging and problem-solving skills across servicesGood to HaveExperience in cloud environmentsExposure to performance or security testingKnowledge of test data management and mocking frameworks
