Delivery Executive

Role Overview We are looking for a reliable and customer-friendly Delivery Executive to deliver fresh flower bouquets safely and on time to our customers. Key Responsibilities Collect packed flower bouquets from the shop/warehouse and verify orders before leaving Deliver bouquets to customers' addresses within the promised time slot Handle flowers with care to keep them fresh and undamaged during transit Confirm the delivery address and contact customers by phone when needed Deliver gifts, cards, or add-ons along with the bouquet as per the order Be polite and professional with customers, especially for birthday, anniversary, and surprise deliveries Collect payment for cash-on-delivery orders and hand over the amount to the company Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints immediately Keep the company vehicle clean and in good condition Assist with loading, unloading, and arranging bouquets when required Requirements Valid driving licence (two-wheeler/four-wheeler as applicable) Good knowledge of local roads and areas Ability to speak Hindi, Kannada, and English Punctual, responsible, and honest Ability to use Google Maps and a smartphone Prior delivery experience is an advantage Work Details Working hours: 10 hours per day Weekly off: One day per week Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month Vehicle and fuel: Provided by the company Contact 📞 [hidden] 📞 [hidden]
