Account Executive (Accounting)

Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare customer invoices and verify vendor bills. Check shipment-wise costing, billing, and profit/loss. Reconcile customer accounts, vendor accounts, and bank transactions. Verify shipment data, AWB numbers, weights, and applicable charges. Maintain daily accounting records and Excel reports. Coordinate with the Operations and Accounts teams to resolve billing discrepancies. Assist in payment follow-ups and outstanding balance tracking. Ensure accuracy in billing, data entry, and financial documentation. Required SkillsKnowledge of basic accounting and billing procedures. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and data reconciliation. Experience with Tally or other accounting software is preferred. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills.
