About the Role:

You'll be the first voice of the studio. Your job is to connect with prospective clients through cold calls and incoming leads build interest, and get them to book a consultation with our interior designers and architects. If you're persuasive on the phone, persistent with follow-ups, and energised by targets, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

-Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and pitch the studio's services

-Respond promptly to incoming leads from our website, social media, ads, and referrals

-Follow up consistently over calls, WhatsApp, and email until closure

-Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, budget, and timeline

-Book and confirm consultations with our interior designers and architects

-Coordinate with the design team to schedule meetings and avoid clashes

-Maintain accurate records of all leads and follow-ups in our lead tracker/CRM

-Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls made and consultations booked

Who Can Apply?

-Graduate in any discipline

-Minimum 3-6 months of internship or work experience in cold calling, telecalling, lead engagement, or inside sales (mandatory)

-Excellent verbal communication in English; fluency in Kannada/Hindi is a strong plus

-Confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling rejection

-Organised with follow-ups; basic computer and CRM/Excel skills

-Must be available for a full-time, work-from-office role in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, 6 days a week
