Job Description – Team Leader (Fintech) Position: Team Leader – Personal Loan & Overdraft Industry: Fintech / NBFC / Digital Lending Experience Required: 2–4 Years Salary Budget: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month Incentives: Huge performance-based incentives + monthly/quarterly rewards About the Role We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Team Leader to manage and drive sales for Personal Loan and Overdraft products in the fintech industry. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in personal loan, unsecured lending, or overdraft sales , with proven team handling and target achievement skills. The role requires strong leadership, process understanding, and the ability to motivate a sales team to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives / relationship managers handling Personal Loan and Overdraft products . Drive team performance to achieve monthly disbursal, login, and revenue targets. Monitor daily sales activities, lead allocation, follow-ups, conversions, and productivity of team members. Ensure proper understanding of product features, eligibility, documentation, and underwriting  Candidate Profile Experience: 1-3 years in Fintech / NBFC / Banking / Lending industry Must have hands-on experience in Personal Loan and/or Overdraft products Prior experience in team handling / team management preferred Strong understanding of sales process, customer sourcing, login-to-disbursal journey, and lead conversion Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Target-oriented and self-motivated personality Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment  Preferred Skills Team management and leadership Sales target achievement Loan sourcing and customer acquisition Knowledge of personal loan / overdraft process Good negotiation and follow-up skills Basic MIS/reporting knowledge Ability to train and motivate team members  Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month Incentives: Attractive / huge performance-based incentives Fast growth opportunity in the fintech Performance recognition and career advancement opportunities  Contact: Huda Ansari HR [hidden] FYNNEDGE ADVISORY PVT LTD
