Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle customer inquiries and support requests primarily through email and live chat.

2. Assist customers with their questions, concerns, and troubleshooting needs.

3. Provide clear, professional, and timely responses to customer inquiries.

4. Work closely with the customer support team to ensure customer issues are handled efficiently.

5. Contribute to meeting team KPIs and performance targets consistently.

6. Maintain a positive and customer-focused support experience.

7.
