HR Recruiter

Handle recruitment for different departments, including Sales, Interior Design, Telecalling, and HR. Post job vacancies on WorkIndia, Apna, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other job portals. Call candidates, explain job details, and schedule interviews. Coordinate with candidates and management for interview feedback and selection. Maintain daily recruitment reports, candidate databases, and interview records. Follow up with selected candidates for joining and onboarding. Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets. Coordinate with candidates during the joining and training process.
