Accounts Receivable Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Team Lead to join our finance team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable processes and will be responsible for overseeing the order to cash cycle, ensuring timely collections, and managing cash applications. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance in financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounts receivable team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee the order to cash process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and invoicing.
• Monitor collections and cash application processes to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables.
• Implement and maintain credit control and credit management policies to mitigate financial risk.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve overall financial processes.
• Prepare and present reports on accounts receivable performance to senior management.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
