Sales Team Leader (7-7 Years)

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead and manage the sales process, ensuring high team performance, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business goals. This role is responsible for driving sales operations, leading revenue function teams, monitoring call center performance, and maintaining key sales metrics to improve team productivity and revenue outcomes.As a Team Leader, you will lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets, monitor performance through sales conversion ratios and revenue pipelines, handle customer escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
