5. Conduct regular inspections of all areas to identify any maintenance or cleanliness issues and address them promptly.

6. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning and maintenance efforts for special events or projects.

7. Maintain open communication with residents to address any concerns or feedback related to housekeeping services.
