Cluster Head - Affordable Housing Finance

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Head for our Affordable Housing Finance division in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team focused on providing affordable home loan solutions to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the housing finance market and the ability to drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets for affordable home loans and housing finance products.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to enhance performance and achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners in the housing finance sector.
