Achieve overall stock turn in pairs & value as per company norms (presently: 3) b) Follow up with district manager for i) Proper supplies (across categories) for stocks ii) Plan schedule for store re-supplies (Route Planning) Inform & update Store Management a) Control day to day operations by scheduling sales promoters and assigning productivity norms. b) Ensure shop open & fully ready during business hours as decided by company. Also ensure extended hours (if required) as per market requirements in accordance with provisions of law c) Ensure maintenance of proper ambience and hygiene for store in accordance with guidelines of company. (Store selling area, stock area, stock, furniture, and fixtures)
