Microsoft Dynamics CRM

5 to 9 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development and implementation.Strong experience with CRM customization, including entity customization, views, forms, workflows, business rules, and dashboards.Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web API for plugin and custom workflow development.Experience with CRM integration tools such as KingswaySoft, Scribe, or custom integrations.Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) is a plus.Hands-on experience with CRM data migration and ETL tools.Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
