Field Sales Manager

About the job:We are looking for a punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented Field Surveyor / Site Measurement Executive to be the primary on-ground face of Topgrills. In this role, you will travel to customer residences (apartments, villas, penthouses) to accurately measure balconies, windows, and open spaces, explain product specifications, address client questions, and hand over precise installation data to our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit residential and commercial client sites following scheduled appointments.

2. Take precise laser/tape measurements of balconies, french windows, staircases, and terraces (curved, straight, or custom profiles).

3. Calculate running feet and square footage accurately to prevent material wastage or fitting errors.

4. Inspect installation surfaces (concrete walls, parapets, railings, and plaster quality) to determine drilling suitability and bracket placement.

5. Take clear site photos and videos for the installation crew.

6. Present cable/track samples (SS 316 marine-grade cables and aluminum tracks) to clients.

7. Explain product safety, load capacity, pet/child safety advantages, and warranty terms.

8. Assist clients in choosing suitable spacing (e.g., 2-inch vs. 3-inch gaps) based on their specific safety needs.

9. Provide preliminary cost estimates or coordinate with the backend office to issue instant quotations.

10. Collect site booking tokens/advances and confirm project timelines with clients.

11. Prepare detailed site survey sheets with technical sketches and notes.

12.
