Coordinate and manage daily training batches and class schedules. Align trainers with batches based on the planned training calendar. Timely communication of schedule changes. Update daily class status, attendance, trainer allocation, and recording status. Follow up with trainers for pending class recordings and session materials. Maintain batch-wise data using MS Excel and Google Sheets. SKILLS Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Maintain accurate records in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Monitor and track daily operational data and performance metrics. Maintain and update databases, trackers, and reporting formats. Use Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF/SUMIF, filters, sorting, and conditional formatting.
