Home Loan Relationship Officer

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Home Loan Relationship Officer to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling home loan products, including Loan Against Property (LAP) and other housing finance solutions. This role requires a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to promote home loan products.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate loan products.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and approval of loan applications.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the housing finance portfolio.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of home loan products, including Loan Against Property and mortgage loans.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with the housing finance market in Karnataka is a plus.
