The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support, particularly in the international voice process, and will be responsible for training new and existing staff in effective communication and customer service techniques. As a Customer Support Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills of our team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs focused on customer support and communication skills.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for new hires and existing employees to improve their performance in the inbound voice process.
• Assess training needs and create tailored training materials to address specific skill gaps.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with organizational goals and customer service standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of the international voice process and customer support best practices.
• Experience as an accent trainer or communication trainer is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate trainees, fostering a positive learning environment.
