TPF runs  multiple initiatives and educational programs  including workshops, cohort-based learning, summits, bootcamps, and cross-community collaborations designed to empower builders and accelerate careers.  Role Overview As an  HR Recruiter , you will be instrumental in strengthening TPF’s talent ecosystem by partnering with companies we work with to support their tech hiring needs. You’ll build and manage candidate pipelines, coordinate between companies and candidates, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. This is a  full-time role  focused on driving TPF’s dedicated hiring initiative. What You’ll Do Talent Pipeline & Sourcing Build a strong pipeline of qualified tech candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing strategies. Naukri Proactively engage with potential candidates and maintain ongoing relationships to support current and future hiring needs. Wikipedia Coordination & Communication Coordinate closely with partner companies to understand hiring requirements and priorities. LinkedIn Business Solutions Manage communication with candidates through screening, scheduling interviews, feedback loop, and offer coordination. Naukri End-to-End Recruitment Support Support full recruitment cycle from sourcing to shortlist delivery, candidate tracking, and hiring closure. LinkedIn Business Solutions Ensure positive candidate experience and strong employer branding throughout the process. Talowiz Who You Are HR/Recruitment professional with  0–3+ years experience  in talent sourcing, pipeline building, and end-to-end recruitment — ideally with tech hiring exposure. Naukri Strong communicator with excellent coordination skills and attention to candidate experience. LinkedIn Business Solutions Comfortable managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Talowiz Proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting great talent with the right opportunities.
