Forward Deployed Engineer - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with the deployment and integration of software solutions into client environments

2. Understanding client requirements and helping translate them into technical solutions

3. Supporting the development and customisation of solutions based on business workflows

4. Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

5. Working with the technical team to test, implement, and improve software solutions

6. Participating in client meetings to understand technical and business requirements

7. Assisting in preparing technical documentation, user guides, and implementation notes

8. Supporting virtual product demonstrations and training sessions when required

9. Collaborating with internal engineering and product teams to communicate client feedback

10. Learning and working with cloud platforms, automation tools, and scripting technologies
