Senior Accountant Company: Bizlo – Sls Ecomm Tech Pvt Ltd Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Industry: Any Industry Position: Senior Accountant Experience: 3–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Management /Ceo Job Responsibilities Handle complete day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping. Maintain sales, purchase, expense, receipt and payment entries. Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. Handle GST, TDS, TCS, Professional Tax, PF & ESI calculations and related compliance. Coordinate with CA for GST, Income Tax, ROC and other statutory filings. Handle bank reconciliation and payment reconciliation. Manage e-commerce transactions including seller payments, commissions, logistics charges, COD, returns, refunds and RTOs. Prepare and verify seller payout/settlement statements. Handle employee payroll, salary deductions, incentives, reimbursements and advances. Maintain proper invoices, vouchers, bills, bank statements and accounting documents in both physical and digital records. Prepare daily/monthly MIS, P&L, receivables, payables, cash flow and other financial reports for management. Coordinate with banks, payment gateways, logistics/service providers and vendors for financial reconciliations. Assist management with budgeting, expense control, financial planning and audit requirements. Coordinate with CA/auditors and provide all required accounting records and documents. Ensure all accounts, payments, reconciliations and statutory compliances are completed accurately and on time. Qualification & SkillsB.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification. 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience. Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, payroll and statutory compliance. Experience in E-commerce/marketplace accounting is preferred. Should be able to independently handle company accounts with minimum supervision. Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Should be responsible, accurate and maintain confidentiality of company financial information. Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
