Microsoft 365 Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and performance of our Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Microsoft Purview, and Active Directory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including user management and incident management.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect user data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
• Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their experience with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and user management.
• Strong knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Purview.
• Experience with incident management processes.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and its integration with Microsoft 365.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with users and team members.
