You will work closely with leadership and engineering teams to define product requirements, manage project timelines, prioritize backlogs, and ensure successful on-time delivery.Mandatory Skills :Product Management, Project Management, Agile/Scrum, Product Roadmap, Backlog Prioritization, User Stories, Project Planning & Timeline Estimation, Stakeholder Management, Jira/Asana/Monday.com, Strong Communication, Experience working with Backend, Frontend & AI/ML Engineering Teams.Key Responsibilities :Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and delivery schedules.Translate business goals into product requirements and user stories.Prioritize product backlogs and maintain roadmaps.Coordinate with Backend, Frontend, and AI teams to ensure timely execution.Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.Track progress, resolve blockers, and drive cross-functional collaboration.Required Qualifications :3+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or a hybrid PM role.Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.Strong project estimation, planning, and stakeholder management skills.Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment.Preferred Qualifications :Experience with AI/ML products.Startup or fast-paced product company experience.PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.Work Schedule :20 hours per weekFlexible working hoursFully Remote
