About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Subculture Research: Track global streetwear trends, silhouette evolutions, and anime releases to pitch relevant drop themes.

2. Graphic Artistry: Create vector layouts, custom typography, and placement artwork using Adobe Illustrator.

3. Visual Mockups: Build realistic digital product mockups in Adobe Photoshop to preview colorways and print scaling.

4. Tech Pack Drafting: Translate approved creative concepts into production-ready blueprints with detailed measurement charts and specifications.

5. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 350000/year
