The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US Commercial Insurance and experience in leading teams within the insurance BPO sector. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the underwriting process, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing a team of underwriters to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of underwriters, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Oversee the commercial underwriting process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Analyze underwriting data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or queries effectively.
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive.
