We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead Testing to guide our testing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality assurance and experience in leading a small team.Key Responsibilities:- Lead Testing Activities: Oversee all testing processes and ensure that the team meets project deadlines while producing high-quality results.- Supervise Team Members: Manage and support team members, providing guidance and addressing any challenges they encounter during testing.- Develop Test Plans: Create comprehensive test plans based on project requirements to ensure all aspects of the application are thoroughly tested.- Coordinate with Other Teams: Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure clear communication and timely updates on testing progress and issues.- Report Testing Outcomes: Prepare detailed reports on testing results and share insights with stakeholders to facilitate decision-making.- Implement Best Practices: Promote and put into practice efficient testing methodologies and tools to enhance the teams productivity.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, enabling them to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
